As part of government’s crime prevention efforts, SIM cards must be registered in compliance with the Regulation of Intercepts of Communication and Provision of Communication-Related Information Act (RICA). Have your TRACE Mobile SIM card registered with a TRACE Mobile agent or at any time. All you need is your ID (or ID card, temporary ID or passport) and proof of residence (eg, levy statement or electricity bill).

You will need to:

Call Customer Care on 140 (free from your new SIM mobile phone) or 0861 000 117.

Your port will be completed between:
7:30 pm and 11:30 pm.

If it was submitted after 5 pm, – the port will be completed between 7:30 pm and 11:30 pm the following day.
